I take a holistic approach to counseling, evaluating the whole person from both their inner and outer characteristics. I believe both clinical and the spiritual dynamics of therapy go hand and hand, working in conjunction one with the other, it is from this idea that my therapeutic approach derives. I understand everyone may not share this idea or have this understanding, I will provide effective therapy to each case according to its uniqueness and needs. I seek to provide service with clinical professional competence, through a spirit of acceptance, empathy, compassion and respect for those I service.

I focus on providing quality, authentic, and creditable services for each individual client. I provide individual, marriage and family counseling to youth and adults experiencing problems with, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, grief, sexual abuse, infidelity, behavioral issues. My counseling approaches include: Didactic, Christian Counseling, & CBT.

It is necessary for clients to do work in and out of sessions. I will provide homework assignments, providing a guide in the therapy process. I may incorporate some journaling for client's personal evaluation of progress. I seek to meet clients mental health needs and provide affordable service. Domestic Violence Support Groups

Support Group sessions are designed to provide support, encourage and strengthen each individual member in their unique life situations around domestic violence, while promoting safety and healing. These groups address issues such as: domestic relationship problems, coping and healing process, safety plan, etc. These groups will be 2nd/4th Friday evenings@ 5:30PM. Marriage/Couples Support Group

Couples Counseling group focus on providing an outlet for couples to discuss relationship dynamics that explore impeding factors, challenges, intimacy concerns, and differences of values/cultures/belief systems that causes conflict, etc in their relationship. This group will help with problem solving and communication skills within the relationships, while exploring essential relationship needs and providing support within the group dynamic. Counseling approach: Didactic and collaborative "Groups will begin March 2024. Please call if interested. Max group capacity (6) couples.
