As long as I can remember, I have been in awe of the human experience. In awe of the amount of joy and pain we can experience in a single lifetime. In awe of our triumphs and failures. In awe of our resiliency and our tenderness. In awe of the incredible evolution of a single lifetime. My offering supports individuals to more consciously participate in their life's unfolding through the development of greater awareness, body-based practices and nervous system restoration, healing trauma and utilizing the wisdom of post-traumatic growth, and through re-connection to that which already is, and has always been, whole in ourselves.
I collaborate with individuals experiencing the existential markers of adulthood: growing up and waking up, life transitions, grief and uncertainty, identity and spiritual exploration, personal growth, relationships with self and others, and living with purpose. And for many of us, just how on earth to be healthy and sane in this day and age.
My life and work are profoundly influenced by the wonders and lessons of the natural world, the intelligence of our human bodies, mysticism and the wisdom traditions, and these earthly and imperfect relationships in which we get wounded and therefore must heal in. I know that healing is a practice, it comes in infinite forms, and already lives in each of us.
