Are you an adolescent or young adult in need of extra support around gender identity, sexuality, and/or mental health issues? Are you looking to explore your identity and for guidance around transitioning to your full self? If you are a parent, are you are struggling with how to help your child through the process or with managing your own ambivalence or fears? Perhaps you feel stuck or overwhelmed and need help navigating the impasse and could benefit from strategies to improve your relationships, employment, or quality of life because of depression or anxiety. Sometimes we just need a little extra encouragement and validation.
I use an attachment-focused lens and a relational approach to provide a therapeutic environment. I welcome the opportunity to support you in reaching your fullest potential. Whatever brings you here I offer a compassionate, neutral space to process. I have WPATH training and work from an intersectional framework with an awareness of social justice.
I offer support and letters for gender-affirming procedures or ongoing psychotherapy. I also provide brief supportive counseling for parents looking to better understand their child’s journey but who are not looking for long-term therapy. I have flexible hours and provide an affirming space. As of September 2022, I will no longer be participating with BCBS.

I am passionate about continuous learning around best practices and work from a neurodivergent-affirming framework. I do not view ADHD or autism as disorders to be overcome or fixed but as different neurotypes with unique challenges and strengths. This may include recovery from burnout. I get frequent training and advanced consultation from providers with lived and professional experience.

I often use a mix of talk therapy and Brainspotting to help you get unstuck, reduce anxiety, and work through trauma or difficult situations. Brainspotting is an effective and gentle tool that can be used to re-wire the neural pathways and release trauma that is stored in your body faster than traditional talk therapy. I am Phase 2 trained, receive consultation and working towards certification.
