For over 14 years, I've helped individuals overcome anxiety, depression, self-harming behaviors, and trauma-related incidents. I have specialized training in trauma therapies (EMDR, TF-CBT) and holistic practices including breathwork, sound healing, and yoga. Holistic practices are optional and incorporated gradually.
