We know that there are times in life when we all face difficult challenges, and asking for help takes courage. VRI clinicians work with children, teens, adults, families and couples in a safe, warm and nurturing environment. Our therapeutic approach combines mindful awareness with cognitive behavioral therapy. We work with 1st Responders (LACoFD & LAFD).
Our goal at VRI as therapists is to be able to assist you in using your unique strengths and personal resources to respond to your various life challenges. Our group practice at VRI is made up of 15 therapists and we look forward to helping you with your discovery of knowing yourself better and making positive and rewarding changes in your life.
