In other words, they feel “stuck”. Because of this, they are searching for a way to change, move forward, or process their own thoughts and feelings related to whatever is causing their problem. Each person has the option to take charge of their own narrative and change their current problems or circumstances or create a new life all together. Through the counseling process, I am able to help my clients accomplish that and move forward.

I am a licensed professional counselor in Arkansas with over 9 years of experience working in the following settings: outpatient, residential, Christian base, and private practice. I have worked with various populations with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and parenting problems. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I believe that everyone has a voice no matter how big or small without fear of being stifled. Thus, I will respect and provide compassion throughout the therapeutic process.

My ideal client is an individual looking to better themselves by dealing with situations which are preventing them from living their lives the way they truly want. Given my background, individuals between the ages of 13 - 70 would be the ideal clients, although I have worked out of this age range. I am best suited to treat issues dealing with PTSD, Peer pressure, Sleep Disorders, Dissociative Disorders, Impulse Control Disorders, Mood and Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, and Psychosexual Disorders. I am very flexible on payment for services.
