I view therapy as a partnership, and am committed to working together with you in difficult times. I am interested in helping you grow and make changes. Change will sometimes be easy and quick, but more often it can be slow and frustrating. While there are no instant cures, I can help you to learn new ways of looking at your concerns that will be very helpful for changing your feelings and reactions.
I have 15+ years of experience helping people from a variety of backgrounds and concerns, including several years of experience working in community mental health, college mental health and private practice. My approach is client-centered, meaning that we will create counseling goals together, based on a confidential, respectful, and trusting relationship.
My office is conveniently located in intown Atlanta. The Century Parkway offices are easy to access from I-75, I-85 and Georgia 400. The Highwoods office building is also accessible by stair or elevator, and there is ample free parking. Thanks for reaching out and taking this important first step.
