Hello, my name is Keith Myers, and one of my goals is to crush the stigma of mental health. Many have a story about mental health, but not everyone feels free to share that story. I have worked in the mental health profession for over 21 years working with adult men, women, and older adolescents. These include military clients, those who are struggling with complex trauma or PTSD, those who need to improve their emotional regulation skills, and those who are coping with relationship problems and/or divorce. My career in counseling started with inpatient stabilization and treatment settings treating all ages in both mental health and addiction. Rebecca aims to provide a safe and uplifting environment for clients to foster their authentic self, gain insight regarding themselves and others, engage in positive peer interactions, and build self-confidence. She enjoys working with neurodiverse couples, individuals, and families. She specializes in ADHD, Autism, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, life transitions, and mood disorders. Rebecca also leads therapeutic gaming, process-oriented, and social skills groups and provides virtual and in-person services at the Marietta office.

Brooke approaches psychotherapy from a whole person perspective - addressing mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, and relational health. Creating personal growth and lasting change as opposed to a temporary fix is the goal. Her focus includes individual, couple, trauma, family, and spirituality counseling. She has experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, relationship/marital issues, personality disorders, adhd, grief, eating disorders, and spirituality issues. Brooke utilizes EMDR, Attachment Assessment, Cognitive/Dialectic Behavior Therapies, and Trauma Theory alongside talk therapy with her clients.

Welcome to my practice! Licensed as an Associate Professional Counselor, I am currently under clinical direction & clinical supervision. My clientele includes couples, adults, teens, and families who have experienced stress, trauma, anxiety, and hardship. I conduct both individual and family sessions. I work with clients with diverse trauma history, including addiction, codependency, and eating disorders.

Growing up in a family marked by deep-seated intergenerational trauma, I developed a strong interest in helping couples who struggle to communicate and express themselves due to past hurts. I have noticed how this kind of trauma affects people's close relationships, especially the ones where they should feel most comfortable. I firmly believe that in any relationship, both partners should be able to speak up and feel safe sharing their thoughts and feelings. In my approach, I want to really know clients as individuals, not just the problems they are facing.

Stress, anxiety and relationship challenges can be overwhelming. Sometimes it feels like it's too much to face on your own. Finding the right counselor with whom you feel connected to is really important. You want to feel comfortable with your therapist and confident in their ability to help you. With over 20 years counseling people of all ages and my tool-box of therapeutic resources and techniques, you can experience relief from stress and anxiety and have hope for better days ahead. You don’t have to carry everything. You don’t have to be alone in your struggle. It is ok to ask for help.
