I am a Licensed Master Social Worker, I work with adolescents and adults. I have over 24 years experience in the mental health field treating a multitude of issues including: anxiety; depression; divorce reaction; blended families; grief and loss; and life stressors/transitions. I am a strengths-based, solution focused therapist and also utilize expressive therapies including art and sand tray. I am also currently pursuing my sex therapist credentials via the Buehler Institute.
