Using trauma-informed therapy, I specialize in providing individual/group counseling to survivors of Gender-Based Violence. In addition I have experience working with at-risk adolescent and the LGBTQ population. As a first-generation immigrant and a woman of color, I am particularly interested in empowering all individuals.

The goal of my practice is to improve the quality of life of my clients and assist them reach their full potential and personal goals. Specializing in family and couple therapy. I also specialize in depression and anxiety. The ideal client will be dedicated to their own treatment and have a strong desire to feel better. I have been working in mental health for over a decade and it is my greatest passion in life.
