This is a non VA affiliated practice that treats veterans, service members, and their families seeking help for their mental health. I specialize in treating trauma, depression, anxiety, OCD, anxious attachment behavior, and relational difficulties. I use action oriented, behavior based approaches. This means all clients will be actively engaged both in session, and in their daily lives, to make changes they seek to improve their mental health.
