My practice focuses on providing therapy for eating disorders, mood concerns, trauma, women’s health, and relationships. I practice from a client-centered treatment approach, rooted in compassion. In sessions, we will focus on processing current stressors, identifying support systems and building awareness and safety in feelings. Coping strategies and skills are incorporated in practical ways to help improve daily life. My goal is to help people redefine wellness as wholeness and enable people to live in their authenticity. I want to help people be able to be more connected to themselves, more of the time.

I specialize in the treatment of eating disorders and provide support for clients transitioning from intensive treatment as well as those who have eating disorder concerns without prior intervention. Each client’s treatment plan is individualized and developed collaboratively with the client. My practice offers individual, family and group therapy options.

In therapy, the client-therapist relationship is foundational to healing. I offer a complementary consultation for us to speak and see if I would be a good fit for your personal therapy needs. Group aim is to provide a safe space for those actively working towards a recovered life. We understand the journey is never linear but aim to create a positive peer support network. Navigating Recovery for Parents

Structured process group for parents or teens or young adults going through eating disorder recovery. Having a child with an eating disorder is stressful. There are fears for their mental and physical well-being. Once you have identified that there is a problem it is really the beginning. Often times parents are left out of the treatment process and are not provided with the support that they need. We want to change that and provide a space that is safe for parents and empowers them in the recovery process alongside their child. ?
