I provide individual psychotherapy to improve emotional and mental health. I am experienced in the treatment of depression and anxiety disorders in adults, as well as behavioral issues in adolescents and teenagers. I have specialized training in working with those dealing with relationship issues, family conflict, low self-esteem and school problems.
In addition, I have knowledge in working with those struggling to discover their unique identity, as well as individuals in interracial relationships and/or blended families.
