l have provided mental health services in rural MN for over 9 years. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC, supervisor) and Registered Play Therapist (RPT-S). I can meet via Telemed or in person. I work with children 3 and older, couples, and individuals. One of my specialties is using play therapy to help children. I have successfully worked with teens and families most of my career. I help couples improve their relationships using the Gottman Method. I use BrainSpotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy, and Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to treat trauma.
I use integrative approaches to help clients achieve their goals. Much of my work is with children, families, and couples. I help individuals to overcome discouragement, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship problems. I use a variety of effective practical treatment approaches. I am an approved supervisor for LPCC and RPT candidates.
No matter what you have been through or want to work on, I can help you live a happier, more fulfilling life. I use encouragement, collaboration, and humor to help clients feel and function better. I assist parents and children to improve their relationship with each other. l help couples strengthen their relationship and enjoy being with each other more.

We offer an educational and supportive parenting group for parents and/or guardians. This group is to help support parents looking for new or different ways to parent their children, no matter what dynamics are at play.
