Our licensed therapists utilize person-centered, evidence-based, trauma-informed care, specializing in helping people heal from trauma and PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, depression, perinatal concerns, grief, parenting, life transitions, relationship challenges, Veteran trauma, mood disorders, and more. We work with adults and children ages 8+, offering in-person therapy in Moreau, NY, which may include office-based therapy, walk-and-talk sessions, and/or equine assisted psychotherapy. We also offer remote therapy by phone and video to anyone in NYS. We welcome people of all backgrounds and provide a safe space for LGBTQIA+ individuals.
If a client is appropriate for equine assisted therapy, they may work with our therapy horses. (This is never required.) Horses are intuitive and expressive, giving real-life, real-time feedback to help clients make progress toward their individual therapy goals. EAP is a trauma-informed experience-based therapy model that helps people heal in profound ways.
Our dynamic team of therapists offer many models of therapy and individual approaches, so we can meet the needs of a wide variety of clients. We accept most insurances.
