The mind-body approach drives my work as a therapist, and I am passionate about empowering my clients to build more wholesome lives. I enjoy working with individuals ages 10 and up, and specialize in issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, pregnancy and postpartum, infertility and reproductive trauma, and personal growth.
Through the use of mindfulness, relationship building, and self-awareness, I strive to gently support clients in developing long-term skills to improve self-care. I incorporate skills-building, grounding techniques, Brainspotting, EMDR, and strengths-based exercises into my sessions to help clients achieve emotional healing.
