As an EMDR trained therapist who has also explored somatic approaches, parts work, and loves neuroscience, it’s my passion to use these different methodologies to help you work through difficult traumas, emotions, and challenges. I approach this work from the perspective that all of our negative patterns were once helpful coping mechanisms that our nervous system developed to help us navigate our specific set of circumstances. You are not broken; you have adapted in ways that now are no longer serving you. I help you understand and shift the patterns that are keeping you stuck.
