Hi! I’m Adina. I’m a trauma-informed therapist who also specializes in exposure therapy for OCD, anxiety, and phobias. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community and welcome individuals of all identities seeking a safe, affirming space. In my work, I value authenticity, acceptance, compassion, and vibrancy. Through that, I ensure you someone who will check in and work to co-create our therapy space, always with your input.

I am trained in Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (EX/RP) for OCD, and offer additional tools for specifically targeting rumination. I also use psychodynamic and relational frameworks for areas of focus such as complex PTSD, perfectionism, relationship conflict, attachment, ADHD, sex therapy, queer identities, and consensual non-monogamy.

For Exposure and Response Therapy (EX/RP) for OCD, we would begin with introductions and assessing for your general history and OCD symptoms. We would then do psychoeducation about OCD and what to expect for the ERP process, followed by co-creating an exposure hierarchy. I also like to integrate approaches that target rumination and are trauma informed when appropriate.
