I base my therapy work on helping the client become "unstuck". We'll learn how to cope with the "now" using coping skills but we will also work to uncover where these difficulties may be coming from using psychodynamic, CBT, and EFT to build insight and awareness of how our past connects with our "now" and what cycles we can break to have permanent healing.
