I believe that a life lived is a story told. I aspire to help you in becoming the best and most genuine author you are able to be as you tell your story. My approach in therapy comes from an existential lens and narrative-focused appreciation for life, but with a more grounded emphasis in collaborative and strengths-based approaches. We will work together in our first sessions to identify areas that you would like to see yourself improve and ultimately thrive, as well as set goals to direct our time in therapy together.
We will begin to name themes, externalize problems, and find ways for you to pen new ends to the chapters you find yourself stitching together. I will work diligently to create a space for you that let's you voice your vulnerabilities, worries, strengths, and goals, all while holding space for you to be to be heard, validated, empowered, and challenged.
We are able to meet via telehealth to help you get to where you would like to be in life. I know beginning this process can feel all sorts of scary, happy, and everything in-between. Whatever you are experiencing and however you find yourself managing, I am eager to help you on your journey by being your emotional ally and therapeutic advocate.
