I work with individuals navigating relational/ systemic abuse, PTSD, and neurodivergence with particular care for LGBTQ+ communities and those exploring intimacy, sexuality, and recovery. I am a person-centered, experiential therapist with a warm and grounded approach to trauma healing. I integrate evidence-based methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to help clients reprocess painful experiences and move toward emotional freedom.
