About
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my practice is open to a diverse population ranging in ages and ethnicities. I invite clients to join with me to conquer unhealthy patterns and crutches which create feelings of being stuck, defeated and helpless. In therapy, clients will work towards creating a stronger, more confident and independent self. Treatment goals targeting symptoms of anxiety, depression and addressing conflictual relational patterns will ensure a happy and healthy life. My goal is that all of my clients feel 100% supported and confident that they are reaching their goals.
I provide individual, family and couples therapy for a population ranging from adolescents to older adults. Treatment focuses on setting healthy patterns towards achieving needs for love and acceptance, improving the parent/child relationship, improving confidence, effective stress management, LGBTQI matters, identity development, healthy boundaries and improving communication skills.
I have several years working with the adolescent population supporting trauma work, effective stress management, coaching on assertive communication skills and teaching healthy coping skills. I provide a respectful, non-judgmental place for the LGBT population to navigate the multiple layers of diversity and adversity unique to the community.
