As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, my practice is open to a diverse population ranging in ages and ethnicities. I feel privileged to walk with clients as they take on unhealthy patterns and crutches which create feelings of being stuck, defeated and helpless. In therapy, clients will work towards centering a stronger, more confident and independent self. Treatment goals targeting symptoms of anxiety, depression and addressing conflictual relational patterns will ensure a happy and healthy life. My goal is that all of my clients feel 100% supported and confident that they are reaching their goals.

I provide individual, family, and couples therapy for adolescents and adults. Treatment focuses on setting healthy patterns for achieving your needs of love and acceptance, improving the parent-child relationship, improving confidence, effective stress management, LGBTQI matters, identity development, healthy boundaries, and improving communication skills.

For over a decade, I have worked with adolescents supporting reprocessing trauma, stress management, assertive communication skills, and teaching healthy boundaries. I provide a curious, respectful, non-judgmental place for the LGBT population to navigate the multiple layers of diversity and adversity unique to the community and relationships.
