I’m Adi Juarez, LMFT. I utilize a holistic approach that addresses the mind-body connection to improve wellness. My professional training includes a variety of tools (CBT, Yoga, mindfulness, etc.) to address a variety of challenges. I provide support to clients with a variety of concerns and unwanted behaviors: anxiety, depression, trauma, familial conflicts, and more. I utilize a strength-based approach, which may include stress management through mindfulness, yoga, and trauma-focused work.
My passion is to help clients discover their strengths and become empowered to create lasting wellness. My experience includes supporting families and individuals of all ages from a variety of different cultural backgrounds over the past 12 years.
I am licensed to practice and have worked in four states as a marriage and family therapist in the community and private settings. I bring a collaborative and strength-based approach to empower clients to explore and identify solutions to their concerns and identify desired goals for therapy.
