I strive to provide a comfortable and supportive atmosphere for clients who are experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-esteem, partner/marital conflicts, family conflicts, parenting issues, childhood issues, anger, and ADD/ADHD. I offer empathy, compassion, insight, practical tools, and guidance on your healing journey.
My focus is on helping individuals work through past wounds that are either consciously or subconsciously hindering their sense of purpose, well-being, and joy.
