I have specialized training in EMDR, other trauma therapies, play therapy, and perinatal therapy interventions. I strive for an anti racist, affirming, safe & empowering therapeutic environment. We will begin by building up your comfort and work towards an environment where you feel ready to process your past experiences and accept healing.
I work from an attachment based and trauma informed framework. This means we will understand what parts of your life have informed the different communication styles, needs, and relationships you experience now.
