I work with people who want to understand the pattern and interrupt it.
I work with couples and individuals navigating anxiety, self-criticism, relationship patterns, boundaries, communication, trust, sex, and intimacy. My work is active, practical, and grounded in how our brains, histories, and relationships shape how we react under stress. I am sex-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming, kink-aware, and specialized in non-monogamy.
Therapy with me is not endless nodding or vague advice. We slow things down, look at what is happening in real time, and build tools you can use outside of session.
