Announcement icon We offer both in-person and telehealth options for therapy and assessment.
Our clients are high achieving millennials, identity-developing gen-zers, people in transition, and people who think deeply about themselves and their growth. Our clients are asking: Why do my emotions feel so out of hand? How do I understand my relational patterns? How is my experience of trauma showing up in my every day life? Do I have ADHD? Do I have bipolar? Am I on the right medication? Should I take a break from work? How do I manage difficult relationships?
We offer comprehensive psychological evaluations that are targeted to answer the questions you have about yourself. If it's hard to identify, we help you put words to the questions you have and then use our expertise to answer them with as much depth as you want and we are able. We utilize a psychodynamic frame in our testing and therapy services.
We care about the details. We want to make the experience useful to you and fit your goals, budget, and needs. We want to give you recommendations that actually make your life better. Let us know where you want to start.
