I enjoy working with people and helping them feel the best they can. The therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of therapy. I offer a client-centered, strength based approach to mental health. I enjoy working with clients to help them improve their relationships and enjoy the most from life. I help clients identify their thinking errors and behavior patterns that are causing harm and standing in the way of them accomplishing their goals.
I have experience working with people who face depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma, ADHD and other issues-as well as experience in Department of Corrections. I incorporate evidence based modalities including EMDR depending on what are the needs. My role is to assist individuals in improving their skills and help them succeed in their daily lives.
