As a PSYPACT psychologist, I am able to work across state lines with only a few exceptions. While I have experience providing treatment for a wide range of mental health issues, I have a special interest in helping people improve their relationships and self-worth by reducing feelings of shame and insecurity. Helping clients cultivate self-compassion is a hallmark of my therapeutic approach.
