I provide counseling for clients through ALMA for clients looking for the convenience of telehealth. I am currently accepting self pay only . I am able to accept telehealth medicare clients as well, please contact me to help with getting connected. I work with clients experiencing depression, anxiety and other mental health symptoms.
I believe that people are capable of learning how to create their own change, with guidance and skill building needed at times. My primary focus is to help people identify their goals for treatment, and then we work together on interventions, coping strategies and resources to help obtain those goals.
I believe family involvement can often be a part of creating change and welcome family involvement with client agreement. As a social worker my training focused on the environment that people live in, supports and the community resources to provide any additional resources. I am LGBTQ+ welcoming and affirming.
