I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 18 years. In my years of practice I have worked with clients struggling with constant worry and feelings of sadness. I have worked with clients who have experienced profound loss and tragedy as well as daily life stressors that have become overwhelming. I specialize in treating women struggling with PostPartum Depression & Anxiety. Many of my clients have struggled with life adjustment issues such as; career changes, infertility, chronic illness, divorce, parenting issues and relationship challenges.
My therapeutic style is best described as engaged and supportive. I work hard with my clients to help understand the barriers in their lives that is interfering with their happiness. I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool in helping better understand yourself as well as the relationships in your life.
I have been trained to treat Postpartum Depression by Karen Kleinman, LCSW of the Postpartum Stress Disorder Clinic, in Rosemont, PA. I am also a certified Divorce Mediator.
