I have been trained in a variety of different approaches that address women's issues, depression, concerns about substance use/abuse, chronic pain, trauma and boundary issues. I believe that one should fit the approach to the client and not the client to the approach. This requires that we work together to develop an individual plan to your issues.
I attempt to create a safe haven for people in which they can be open and not feel judged. I am interested in getting to know the person and not just their problems and concerns.
