My work with clients in either individual, couple, family or group modalities provides support, guidance and, most importantly an individualized approach to treatment. I'm a firm believer that each client brings their own strength and resilience to the therapeutic process, therefore a strengths-based approach is the foundation of my work.

This is a FREE nurturing parenting group for moms & children. Group focuses on both parenting & domestic violence. The focus of parenting in a nurturing way leaves parents with alternative ways to parent when it comes to discipline, consequences & praise. Parents walk away with a toolbox knowledge to aid them in dealing with their children behaviors. Group touches on DV & the many ways it can affect parenting. Children group focuses on a host of topics, teaching them valuable life skills using a nurturing approach. Group meets every Thursday 1-2pm(Currently Virtual Only). (When in person)Dinner & metro cards provided.
