I specialize in working with children, adolescents and their families as well as college age young adults. Life can be difficult, overwhelming and challenging no matter what age you are. Parents often need help with their child or adolescent who may be struggling in school, or at home with their families, or in social situations. People of all ages with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their family members may need guidance and support from a therapist.
If you or your child feel anxious, depressed, unfocused and need help with any problem, with over 35 years experience as a therapist, we can work together to figure it out. We can work on anxiety, panic, OCD and phobias. If you are struggling with your gender identity or sexual orientation, we can work towards a better understanding of yourself.
Confidentially call, text or email me regarding setting up your first appointment. I also provide clinical supervision for mental health professionals who may need clinical training and support. I offer convenient office hours including evenings and Saturdays for all services offered. I can meet with anyone on-line as long as you are in NY state.
