My specific training has cultivated an effective method of growing at your pace: Certified Mentor Coach by MentorCoach LLC. an Accredited Coach Training Program by the ICF. Professional Certified Coach by the IFC
I am an ADHD/Life Coach in New York City. Coaches aren't able to take insurances but we can be paid through HSA and out of pocket. Whether you just got a diagnosis, you suspect one or you can't seem to get past the same mistake you made in High School, I help you develop strength and skills to attain your goals.
Because I was diagnosed with ADD in the third grade, I've had the opportunity to establish a rare perspective of its many challenges and the unique ADD learning process. With guidance, self study and experts, I've learned to educate and advocate for myself. And now, continue my practice to relieve the painful side effects that come with this ADHD life!
