greetings, I have been a counselor/therapist of over 35 years. First in a Mental Health Clinic and for the last 16 years at a counseling center. I see my role as helping people regain the balance that is missing in their lives. I find great satisfaction in seeing people regain the ability to manage any issues or conflicts they have been struggling with. If you are having problems coping with anxiety, depression, relationships or relapse prevention I know we can do great work together.
I work with people over 18. As noted above my areas of concentration include depression, anxiety, anger management and relapse prevention. In addition I also focus on couple and marital issues.
I provide a safe, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere for my clients. I also believe the use of humor and relaxation techniques are important to create the most helpful environment.
