I have additional training in holistic nutrition, yoga and meditation, which brings an understanding of the Mind Body connection to the therapeutic process.
My clinical areas include: anxiety, self-esteem, codependency & attachment issues, parenting /family issues, life transitions, and international family relocations. I also focus on adolescents and young adults. Working to collaborate with them to help them navigate their main environments: family, friends, and the demands of school and transition to college.
