I utilize an eclectic approach with an emphasis on rational emotive therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to assist and help clients learn to regulate their responses to achieve more favorable life outcomes. I am a licensed attorney with an extensive background working as an attorney for children and their families in St. Louis City and County Courts. I have specialized in working with high conflict families as well as those experiencing substance abuse and/or mental health issues. I also helped establish the utilization of Parenting Coordinators in St. Louis
