Considering therapy is courageous! I provide a safe, non-judgmental, and validating space for couples, individuals, and families to gain clarity about unhelpful patterns, get support as they work through emotions that are tough to feel and even tougher to share. I hope to help clients build a solid emotional intelligence tool kit to respond more intuitively to themselves and more effectively to the people around them. I believe that in the face of life’s challenges, people are capable of change and of living their best lives. My hope is that you will be empowered to believe that, too.
Areas I help clients with are: infidelity, couple's therapy, monogamous and polyamorous relationships, uncoupling, divorce and blended families, adult mother/daughter relationships. I help clients sort through codependency, gray drinking, affairs, break ups, political stress, trauma, attachment, shame, anxiety, and depression.
I have been working with individuals and families in the field of mental health for over 15 years and graduated with my most recent degree in marriage and family therapy in 2021. Let's just say, I've got a bit of life seasoning!
