My goal is to create a safe and welcoming environment where you can begin to understand yourself and your situation and make changes as you face life challenges.
After completing my MSW from Fordham University, I worked in the field of domestic violence as a shelter coordinator and later a victim advocate working closely with women and children. Over the last several years, I have provided therapy at an inpatient hospital and outpatient clinics.
Working with individuals who are suffering from symptoms of depression and anxiety and helping them resolve relationship conflicts, issues of self esteem and life transitions are my areas of expertise. I look forward to meeting with you and having the privilege of working with you as well.
