I believe we are all longing to be more authentically ourselves. When we are out of alignment with our true self, unhelpful patterns may develop. I use EMDR, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral techniques to help clients access and act from their wisdom that has been there all along.
