I am a board-certified, licensed clinical professional counselor in Maryland. I completed my masters-level clinical mental health training at Loyola University Maryland in a program with a spiritually integrated emphasis, clinical training at Howard County General Hospital, a Johns Hopkins hospital, and plenty of life experience.
My objective is to help clients make sense of their journeys and identify the resources within that sustain them through life's challenges. I use a variety of evidence-based, strengths-based ways of helping my clients achieve their goals for counseling, especially cognitive behavioral and brief solution-focused therapies, EMDR, and mindfulness techniques.
