I like to think of our treatment connection as a journey and that I am your guide. I help others to gain a better understanding of their situation and to embrace change as a necessary part of life. Life does require us to listen in order to make these changes. My role is to help you listen in a new and different way.
I work with adults, primarily. I also work with elderly individuals. I see individuals as well as couples. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, case management, grief and transitional work.
