While this quote is certainly a simplification, I do believe that people do best when they are in the present moment. I work with my clients to help them be more present, and feel more at peace, in their relationships, at work or school, and in their communities. I pride myself on creating a nonjudgmental, welcoming environment that meets the client where they are at.

I specialize in providing individual therapy to adults struggling with depression, anxiety, suicidal ideation or self-harm, conflict with peers or parents, and recovery from trauma. I also have experience providing psychological testing to adults who are looking for diagnostic clarity.

Since everyone is different, I don't use a 'cookie cutter' approach to therapy, but I do tend to pull from my training in trauma-informed treatment.
