I work best with people who want to understand themselves and also what energizes and limits them in their environments. This exploration often shines light on helpful and/or self-sabotaging patterns that create obstacles to reaching goals. I am very active in sessions and our work together is a conversation where you pick the topics and I help guide the discussion. Topics that I frequently work with are: career transitions, workplace/manager conflicts, life adjustments (marriage, divorce, children, college, loss, financial stress), anxiety/panic, relationship issues/patterns and transitioning in/out of maternity/paternity leave,
Using my experience of working at organizations such as American Express, I combine my psychoanalytic training and professional executive coaching skills to help guide people to create profound changes in their lives.
I do this work because I know it creates change. Having worked at American Express, Leo Burnett and Bank of America I understand the pressures and choices one has to deal with in corporate settings and know that external obstacles are often hard to navigate. I believe that when you invest in yourself by looking inward there is no stopping what you can do.
