I have experience in treating adolescents & adults with eating disorders: anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating. I have provided individual and group therapy services for eating disorders in a partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs. In addition, I have experience working with an array of clientele struggling with anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma
My approach is collaborative but informed by Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT). I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotionally Focused Techniques (tapping)
