In today's busy world, it's hard to find peace of mind. Many of us as a result, are overly stressed and experience negative effects of that stress, such as anxiety and depression. I believe that seeking help and opening up to another individual takes a great deal of bravery. Because of that, I have a tremendous amount of respect for the individuals I work with. As a counseling psychologist and registered yoga teacher, I approach mental health from a wellness perspective aiming to help clients find meaning and fulfillment in their lives.
I utilize evidence-based practices, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Mindfulness. My goal as a therapist is to help clients uncover problematic behaviors and ways of thinking and help them implement skills needed to make meaningful and lasting change.
I believe that everyone has the capability to live a rich and meaningful life and to overcome barriers. I hope to be able to help you maximize your potential. To set up an appointment, click the "Become a Client" button on our homepage.
