I view psychotherapy as a tool for self-development, self-exploration, greater connectedness, and the opportunitiy to feel deeply understood by a caring professional. I also see the therapeutic process as a collaborative one that helps clients gain greater insight, improve self-esteem, and a sense of well being while making real life-long changes.
My areas of strength include grief and loss, fertility concerns and pregnancy loss, mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, problems with adjustment or life transitions, relationship struggles, college student development, trauma, and health and wellness issues.
In addition to traditional psychotherapy, I also provide Sport Psychology services and consultations to assist athletes and other performing artists with mental skills training. I look forward to your call or email.
