Life brings stress and challenges making the journey seem hopeless at times. Anxiety, depression, grief, anger, and trauma find it's way into our lives. We want to sometimes give up, but our human nature is to reach out for a simple connection. I know it's challenging and difficult to find someone with whom you can trust, and I value the struggle to just be heard. My name is Andy and I want to hear your story and help anyway I can.
I specialize in helping individuals who deal with ADHD, Anxiety, Depression and those struggling with traumatic memories and experiences. I take a lot of influence from Evidence-Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapies & started my learning with NLP or finding creative solutions for problems through modeling the strategies of successful individuals.
