I work with my clients to unlock those inner resources to help them break through overwhelming circumstances and challenges. Trained in systems thinking, I am always interested in helping my clients explore how they affect those with whom they are in relationship, and conversely, how those relationships are affecting them. These interpersonal interactions give important clues to our own inner process and enrich our lives in challenging ways.
With over 30 years of experience working with a wide variety of folks, from those challenged by chronic mental illness to those who are looking to break away from difficult life patterns, my practice has been one which has challenged and enriched me. I am honored to do this work!
